Delivery

All items are dispatched by Royal Mail.

All items are tracked and we will advise you when your order has been dispatched but you should be aware that once the item has left our premises we have no control over delivery times.

Please note that we bear no responsibility for customs charges on orders from outside the United Kingdom.

We charge a flat rate on overseas deliveries, delivery to the UK is free.

Returns

We hope you will be happy with your purchase but if for any reason you are not, in compliance with the Long Distance Selling Act we do accept returns for a refund of the cost of the item.

Simply contact us within 14 days of receipt stating why you wish to return the item, the customer is responsible for the return postage.

Returns will be accepted within 30 days from the time you receive your parcel.
