Delivery and Returns

We use Royal Mail for our packages, with Tracked 48 for standard items. Items valued over £75 are sent by Special Delivery by 1pm, which require a signature.

We will issue you with a tracking number once the item has been mailed.

We cannot guarantee delivery times or accept responsibility for parcels once they have left our premises.
Special Delivery is expected to arrive before 1 p.m. the next working day, while Tracked 48 usually arrives within 24-48 hours.
We have no liabilty for items delayed in the post.

Returns

You may cancel within 14 days of receiving your order and must return it within a further 14 days, in an unused condition.
( Earrings, once worn, cannot be returned )
Return postage is the buyers responsibility unless the goods are faulty or not as described.
Standard delivery charges will be refunded.
