July
In the northern hemisphere July is a little sparse when it comes to festivals, this is because our farming forefathers were far too busy working on the land to take a break.
Originally called Quintilis in the Roman calendar, it was renamed in honour of Julius Caesar, the first Emperor of Rome.
Most people know that the gemstone of the month is the Ruby and that the zodiac sign is Cancer the Crab (21st June - 22nd July), but there is also a colour of the month, "Colorstrology" was introduced
in 2005 by Sarah Bernhardt (in colaboration with Pantone®) the colour for July is Coral Blush.
