We first picked up a needle in 1975 and have been creating with one ever since.

Flowers are created with ribbons and fabrics.

Glass, Crystal and Gem beads tempted us into jewellery making in the 1990s. Our jewellery is created using lace making and traditional stringing methods.

We've been dyeing fabrics and ribbons since the millennium.

Braids are created with lucet and Viking-style wooden disk or Oriental Marudai.

We also use traditional knotting and rope-making/netting skills.

Our ornamental dolls are brought to life with individually moulded polymer clay features, wire, beads and dressed in clay 'fabric' or remnants of vintage and contemporary cloth.

Clay has been replaced by felt, for our 2022 characters.

Some of our wire weaving is akin to the wire work of the Vikings and Danes.

We also use some wires as you would use thread.

Bobbin lace, needle lace and Teneriffe lace inspire earrings, necklaces and bracelets and hold embellishments to our embroideries.
